May 2011 - Renada saved our 3 week vacation. We thought our owner week was automatically reserved, it wasn’t. She worked with headquarters to get our late reservation processed and after that she worked it so we could stay in the same unit for all 3 weeks. We had an 86-year-old handicapped mother with us and not having to move each week was priceless. Renada deserves your company’s highest award.

Wachesaw East and enjoyed it so much I can't pick one special thing. The best part was having all my family together in a great 3 bedroom unit - my son and his family came from Connecticut and my daughter came from Texas. We hope to do this again soon.

We are a military family and this was by far
the best deal for the money in Florida. It was very clean and had all the comforts of home. It is close to attractions, and there is a shuttle if you don't have transportation. I would stay at the Blue Heron again, you can't go wrong. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I can't say enough good things about the Blue Heron!

My family had a fun experience at Ellington
in October. The resort provides bicycles for guests, and we like riding alongside the golf course at Wachesaw. In the early morning, you will often see herons feeding around the golf course.

The Cabins at Green Mountain. The decor was very beautiful. Having the other bedroom upstairs was a nice touch as was the screened in porch. We just sat and relaxed while listening to the creek. We also stopped by the nearby Celebration City and were able to enjoy the nightly fireworks. What a great location!

We had a great room with a full kitchen and two balconies, one overlooking the beach. The staff provided excellent service and courtesy including free food and drinks on Monday for an orientation. The Green House beach bar and the Buccaneer Beach Bar were great. The beach is just a few steps away from the pool.
