General Club Information

Acquisition Update

Most aspects of your membership including all Club rights and benefits have remained the same since the 2007 acquisition. Your reservations will continue to be serviced through the Peppertree Vacation and Travel Club toll-free line at 1-888-737-7373 except for Wild Wing Resort. Reservations for Wild Wing can only be made by contacting Festiva Adventure Club at 866-933-7848. If you have a remaining balance on your loan it will be serviced by the Festiva Finance department, which can be reached at 828-254-3378 x 400.

Interval International and Peppertree Vacation and Travel Club

It has come to our attention that many members are unaware of the complete picture of the relationship between the Peppertree Vacation and Travel Club and Interval International. In 1997, the Club entered into a long term contract with Interval International in which Interval International has agreed to provide the reservation services for the Club. When you call 888-737-7373 to make reservations you are working directly with Interval International employees. This relationship allows the exchange process to be easily handled in one phone call. 

Resorts available to Club members

Peppertree Vacation and Travel Club members have access to the same resorts that were available prior to Festiva becoming the club manager with one exception. The Vacation Club Villas, in Asheville, N.C., are no longer available to club members. This resort was originally sold as a right to use property with a limited life span. All of the weeks at this resort have expired and therefore can no longer be made available to Peppertree Vacation and Travel Club members.

* Please note that due to the property management system in place at Wild Wing Resort, members must contact Festiva directly (866-933-7848) to make reservations at this resort. The reservation agents at the 888-737-7373 number are not able to view availability at Wild Wing Resort.

Outfield Marketing

Outfield Marketing is a third party company hired by Festiva to present and sell the Festiva Adventure Club to various fixed week owners along with members of the PVTC. Outfield Marketing predominantly sold the Festiva Adventure Club by setting up appointments to come to members’ homes. On May 6, 2009, Festiva made a decision to restrict Outfield Marketing from contacting PVTC members from that date on. 

You should no longer receive calls from Outfield Marketing sales personnel who wish to come to your home to discuss the Festiva Adventure Club. If you receive such a call please take the person’s full name and contact the Festiva Owner Services department at 866-933-7848. Festiva sales or marketing personnel may contact you and ask you to visit a resort for a sales presentation or may contact you while you are at the resort; however, you will not be asked to allow someone to come to your home.
