Can I use my points to stay at new Festiva properties?
No. Peppertree Vacation and Travel Club points can only be used to make reservations at the Peppertree Club resorts or to make an exchange through Interval International.

How are club dues determined and will they continue to go up?
Club dues are similar to the maintenance fees owners of fixed weeks pay to their homeowners association. Club dues cover the maintenance fees the Club owes on weeks it owns at the various resorts as well as the operating costs of the Club itself. Each year the Club’s budget will reflect its maintenance fee obligations to the resort HOA’s and other expected costs. We work hard to control Club dues, but like most items, dues will increase over time reflecting increased costs the Club incurs. The four major components of the Club dues each year are the maintenance fees owed to the resorts for weeks owned by the Club, the Interval International membership fees, the management fees and the provision for bad debt (members who do not pay their portion of the dues).

Why do I call Festiva Adventure Club Owner Services to pay maintenance fees but cannot make my reservations through the same number?
Peppertree Vacation and Travel Club reservations have been contracted out to be handled by Interval International through the 888-737-7373 number. The Festiva Adventure Club Owner Services department is able to process maintenance fee payments as well as answer member questions and concerns.

Do we still have access to all the same resorts since Festiva has taken over management?
Peppertree Vacation and Travel Club members have access to the same resorts that were available prior to Festiva becoming the club manager with one exception. The Vacation Club Villas, in Asheville, N.C., are no longer available to club members. This resort was originally sold as a right to use property with a limited life span. All of the weeks at this resort have expired and therefore can no longer be made available to Peppertree Vacation and Travel Club members.

Why do I, as a Charter Member from Outer Banks Beach Club, have to pay a portion of my maintenance fee to Outer Banks Beach Club and the rest to Peppertree?
The state of North Carolina has ruled that the Outer Banks Beach Club has the ability and right to assess their annual fees to the owners on the deed. To help accommodate this ruling the Peppertree Vacation and Travel Club bills these specific owners the difference between the total PVTC club dues and the annual fee due to the Outer Banks Beach Club. Charter Members from Outer Banks Beach Club should pay their Outer Banks Beach Club annual fees to the resort directly and not to the Peppertree Vacation and Travel Club.

Has availability changed since Festiva has taken over management?
The number of weeks available to PVTC members will always change over time as members default on their membership, revert back to fixed week ownership or convert to the Festiva Adventure Club. As members are removed from the club weeks should be removed at the same rate in order to keep the club dues as low as possible.

Is there any written literature on the Peppertree Vacation Club such as brochures, Rules & Regulations, etc.?

What if I am unable to use all of my annual allotment of points in a particular year?
In general, points that are not used in a given year expire at the end of each use year. Do not worry though, you may bank up to 100% of your points for the immediately succeeding use year by notifying us no later than 60 days prior to the last day of your use year. Any remaining points at the end of the use year that were not properly banked will expire. Points already banked from the previous use year cannot be banked again. Please call 888-737-7373 to bank your points.
10.
Can I go back to being a fixed week owner?
PVTC Charter members have the ability to revert to being fixed week owners. If you would like to revert to fixed week ownership please send a request in writing to:
