Peppertree Vacation & Travel Club
Welcome to the Equivest Members section of our website! As a result of our acquisition of several former Peppertree Resorts and their assets in July 2007, the Equivest Vacation & Travel Club became part of the Festiva family. As mentioned in our 2007 Annual Report, we agreed with the previous owner’s efforts to retire the Equivest name. As the Peppertree name has been used in the past and is connected to several of the affiliated resorts, going forward, the name Peppertree Vacation and Travel Club (PVTC) will be used.

All Peppertree Vacation & Travel Club members should have received a mailing from us within the last few weeks outlining several options for your membership.
Please note that we are extending the conversion deadline outlined in this mailing to August 15, 2010 (instead of August 1).
If you did not receive the mailing or the e-mail notification about the deadline extension (sent July 30), please write to us at myemail@festiva.travel with your name and most up to date contact information.

September 2009 News
Over the past few months, we have become aware of certain resale companies claiming to be affiliated with Festiva Adventure Club who are contacting our owners regarding the sale of their timeshare. Festiva Adventure Club does not have a resale program at this time, we are not affiliated with any resale company, and we do not share any of our owners' and members' contact information with any non-affiliated third-party companies.

Advisory Committee
On April 29, 2009, we sent an e-mail to all PVTC members whose e-mail addresses we have on file regarding the recently formed Advisory Committee. This section of our website dedicated to the Peppertree Vacation & Travel Club is a direct result of the first Advisory Committee meeting that was held on May 6, 2009.
If you did not receive that e-mail, then we may have an outdated e-mail address in your account, or we may not have one for you at all. To ensure that we have your most up to date contact information so that you will receive all of our e-mail notifications and newsletters, please write to myemail@festiva.travel and include the full name as it appears on your account, your current e-mail address and any other contact information that you wish to update, and indicate that you are a Peppertree Club member.

A letter from our CEO
Don Clayton, Festiva Adventure Club Chief Executive Officer, takes a personal interest in ensuring that all of our members are served to the best of our ability and that as a company and individual employees, Festiva Adventure Club strives to provide the best customer service that we can. Mr. Clayton’s follow up letter to PVTC members after the advisory committee meeting was mailed to all members on May 28, 2009.
