We would like to thank you for visiting Festiva Adventure Club. To help you better understand the basics of the Festiva Adventure Club, we encourage you to study this Membership at a Glance brochure. While full details of membership in our points based vacation club can be found in the Festiva Adventure Club Member’s Directory and on our website, this quick and easy reference guide highlights some important aspects of the Festiva Adventure Club. We intend for the following information to help you get the most out of your new membership while providing some important tips and reminders. Welcome to the Festiva Adventure Club family, and let the journey begin!

- Using Your Points -

Your FAC Membership is like a credit card where the spending limit is based on the points you purchased and, long after you have paid the one‐time membership fee, your credit limit is reactivated year after year for you to spend as you wish. A few important things to know about your points follow.

• Points act as currency.
  
• Use them at any FAC Resort (27 and growing!)
  
• Any size unit; any season.
  
• Options available for 7, 4 or 3 night vacations.
  
• Annual points are reactivated each year on January 1.
  
• Biennial points are reactivated every two years on January 1.

Making reservations is easy! Simply follow these steps:

1. Find your preferred Resort’s points grid in your Member’s Directory.
2. Select the stay length, unit size and season in which you wish to travel.
3. Determine the amount of points required based on the resort’s grid and your vacation desires.
4. Call Central Reservations at 866-933-7848 and they will help you complete your reservation!

– Membership Privileges –

Listed below is a simple overview of the important benefits contained in your Festiva Adventure Club membership plan. We also have an Member Services department that is available at 866-933-7848 or memberservices@festiva.travel to help you should you ever need it. Please review the privileges of membership shown below before proceeding.

• Membership – You have property titled to a Trust, with equity, equivalent to the points purchased, backed by a 40 year deed-in-trust with 10 year renewable options in perpetuity.
  
  
• Membership Rights – You may use, loan or bequeath your points. You may also rent out space reserved with your points and you may resell your membership/points on the open market. Festiva Adventure Club currently does not offer re‐sale or rental services, but you may make these arrangements on your own.
  
  
• Deferment – You may roll over (defer) any unused points to the next year as long as you notify Owner Services by December 15 each usage year (failure to do so by Dec. 15 will result in loss of points). You will then have one year to use the deferred points before they expire. This applies to annual and biennial points programs alike. There is no charge to defer your points.
  
  
• Acceleration – If you wish to use more than your annual allotment of points in a given year, you may accelerate points from the end of your agreement. You may accelerate points equal to one times your annual allotment. A usage fee payment for accelerated points must be made at the time the points are accelerated. Members who have paid their club agreement in full have the ability to accelerate an unlimited number of points.
  
  
• Additional Points – You may rent up to 25% of your annual points allotment to complete a reservation in a given year.
  
  
• Property Protection/VIP Services – Wouldn’t it be nice if you could write one check for your home every month and then never have to lift a finger? All the bills would be paid for you; you come home every day to a beautiful, clean house equipped with all the luxury accessories you could ever want; and while you were out, somebody mowed the grass, trimmed the yard and painted the fence?!? Well, that is how it works at FAC. As a member, you share the cost of upkeep and services by paying a small usage fee for each usage year. You never lift a finger and you vacation like a true VIP.
  
  
• Reservation Services – There is a well-trained Festiva Adventure Club Central Reservations staff on hand to handle your vacation requests. You can make as many reservations as you wish for no additional transaction fees.
  
  

– Optional Privileges –

• Special Travel – You have been enrolled in Festiva Adventure Club Platinum Rewards, a program that allows you to take cruises, tours, all-inclusives, land-air trips and extra condo weeks at rates well below retail. When you travel through Festiva Adventure Club Platinum Rewards you earn Vacation Credits that can further reduce your vacation costs. • Exchange Weeks – You have been enrolled in Interval International, an exchange company that allows you to vacation at over 3000 resorts worldwide, as long as you’re a member of the Festiva Adventure Club! The initiation fee and first year dues have been covered by the Adventure Club as a way of introducing you to this exciting option. Renewal is at your discretion and is currently $89/yr. Interval International charges a modest service fee to arrange and reserve your vacation. Current rates are $139/domestic and $154/international when booked online. Simply secure the best week for your trade through Festiva Adventure Club Central Reservations at 866-933-7848. – Important Timelines –

Making vacation reservations is simple. Below is a quick reference guide highlighting important dates and reservation windows. Please refer to this information prior to contacting Festiva Adventure Club’ Central Reservations to secure your vacation.

• December 15 – This is the last day each year that members can contact Owner Services to defer (roll over) any unused points from their current usage year to the next calendar year without losing them. There is no charge for these services.
  
  
• 365 Days Out – You have between 12 months and 30 days prior to your desired vacation date to make a 7 night reservation at the standard points cost shown in your Membership Directory.
  
  
• 150 Days Out – Maximum advance notice for making reservations with deferred or one year’s worth of accelerated points.
  
  
• 60 Days Out – Maximum advance notice for unlimited acceleration of points. Unlimited acceleration is primarily designed for retirees or anyone else who likes to vacation in the “secret seasons.” These seasons yield more availability than high seasons and members can spend several weeks at a time at a club property.
  
  
• 59 Days Out – Maximum advance notice for making reservations through Interval International’s Flexchange program wherein season and unit size restrictions are waived.
  
  
• 45 Days Out – Maximum advance notice for 3 night and 4 night stay reservations.
  
  
• 30 Days Out – Perfect for last minute planners, this late reservation window offers tremendous savings to members through several types of reservations. While availability may be limited, your reservationist will be glad to offer what is available if your first choice is not.
  
  
• FAC Late Break Exchanges: For only 1900 points, exchange any unit size available 30 days or less ahead of check-in. Use these weeks with II’s Flexchange program where unit size and/or season upgrades are available.
  
  
• Late Reservation Window: members will only be charged the point value of the smallest unit and lowest color season at the confirmed Festiva resort irrespective of the normal points cost for that unit/season. If you are flexible, this is a great way to see all your Club Resorts with minimal points depletion!
  
  
• Adventure Time: At 30 days out, members can reserve extra nights at FAC resorts for up to 75% off the going rack rate.
