Welcome to Festiva Hospitality Group!

Welcome to Festiva Hospitality Group, a family of boutique interval ownership resorts located in some of the most sought after destinations in the United States and Caribbean. Since its formation in 2000, Festiva Hospitality Group has become one of the most successful privately held vacation ownership companies in the country. In an industry where large, publicly held corporations have recently begun to dominate, Festiva has carved out a niche in a number of prime vacation markets. Festiva Hospitality Group began with one resort and 500 members and has now grown to 24 resorts, four Cruise Club destinations and the Festiva Adventure Club with nearly 55,000 members overall.

October 2012

Fall is in full swing and we are loving the cool, crisp weather and colorful leaves at our Asheville headquarters. We are thrilled to announce that our Charitable Fund Golf Tournament, held last month at our flagship resort Ellington at Wachesaw Plantation East in Murrells Inlet, S.C., was a huge success. A grand total of $57,000 was raised for Festiva's Charitable Fund. For more information and photos, visit our Facebook page, check out the event's blog post or read the full press release.

Speaking of cooler weather, Festiva's Asheville offices are collecting donations for Western Carolina Rescue Ministries' Coats for the Cold warm clothing drive throughout the month of October. If you are in the Asheville area, please consider donating coats, hats and gloves to someone who needs to stay warm. If you would like to drop them off at one of our Asheville offices, please send an e-mail to Sara at slittle@festiva.travel.

With the holidays right around the corner, we are very excited about our 9th Annual Holiday Charity Auction that will be held in early December. All proceeds will be donated the Asheville-Buncombe Community Christian Ministries (ABCCM). In 2011, we raised a record-setting $18,000 and we hope to do even more this year! Read more about last year's event on our blog. Our employees work hard to handcraft or purchase items that are donated for the auction, and we are always honored to receive donated items from businesses and individuals as well. If you are interested in contributing to our auction, please send an e-mail to Sara at slittle@festiva.travel.

The American Resort Development Association (ARDA) is featuring personal stories from three Festiva Hospitality Group owners during June as part of the industry's effort to share the amenities, experiences, and heartfelt memories of timeshare vacations.

The three families - the Todds, Augers and Raders - hail from around the country and each has spent their vacation time at a different Festiva resort. From a beach resort in North Myrtle Beach, S.C., to a lake resort in Maine, to a cozy getaway on Cape Cod, all three families had one thing in common. They felt timeshare made their vacation better.
