We are very excited to present a completely redesigned website for our Festiva Adventure Club members. This new site was designed with you in mind, so it is more user-friendly and features enhanced options including:

• Real-time online reservations*
• Points deferral
• Available point balance
• Maintenance fee balance
• Reservation history

We have chosen a select group of members to be the first to have access to the new features on our website. This website is currently in a Beta test format, but all transactions made on the upgraded website are valid and will be processed in our system.

We highly encourage you to explore the website’s features and provide as much feedback as possible so that we can continue to make your online experience with Festiva as enjoyable and hassle-free as your vacations to our properties. If you make a payment or a reservation then you will be prompted to complete a short survey about the website. There is also a link at the top of the website that will allow you to e-mail us your comments or outline any issues you may have experienced while browsing our new site. Your feedback is an invaluable resource for us to continue to improve the overall member experience.

If you have not already registered your account online, now is the perfect time. Once you register your account, you will have full access to the redesigned website. To get started, simply visit www.festiva.travel/members. If you have not already registered, click on the Need to Register? link and follow the instructions provided. If you have previously registered, simply use your existing username and password.

These solicitations typically come in the form of phone calls, e-mails or mailings of postcards or flyers.

Please note that Festiva is not affiliated with any resale company, and we never provide resale companies with any personal information about our owners and members. If you are contacted by any company other than Festiva, particularly if they claim to be affiliated with Festiva, please contact Member Services immediately at 866-933-7848 or memberservices@festiva.travel with as much information as possible about the company or individual who contacted you.

Festiva Hospitality Group is pleased to announce that we have purchased the development rights, unsold inventory and management company at Coconut Malorie. Beginning September 1, Festiva Management Group will assume management of the property. Coconut Malorie will be the newest vacation option for Festiva Adventure Club members, and approximately 1600 weeks owners will be added to Festiva's member base with this acquisition.
