Two former Festiva Hospitality Group employees ostensibly set up an Online company called “Buyback Listings, LLC” or “buybacklisting.com.” They then began contacting Festiva Hospitality Group owners and members primarily through e-mail about listing their weeks, units and/or memberships on a so-called 'private listing' resale program.

In many ways they imply that they are affiliated with or working in conjunction with Festiva Hospitality Group and in some cases they have actually told people that they are Festiva Hospitality Group. They have copied logos and pictures from our website, used names of current Festiva Hospitality Group employees, and even called owners “on behalf of the Owner Services Department.” They also attempt to take credit card payments for their false buyback program.

Please be advised that this company or anyone involved with this company’s name or website is not affiliated with, associated with, or endorsed by Festiva Hospitality Group in any way.

To protect our owners and members and to protect our corporate interests, Festiva Hospitality Group has taken them to court, which has issued an initial preliminary injunction against them and their activities involving Festiva, its resorts and any of its owner and/or members.

Festiva Hospitality Group does not use third party resale companies in this manner and is not involved with the resale of any deeded weeks or club memberships.
